Johns Hopkins doctor leads live mindfulness meditation sessions daily through Rose

Open to the entire Rose community to manage stress and anxiety during uncertain times
Dr. Neda Gould, faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and Director of the Mindfulness Program, is leading daily sessions at 8 AM, 12 PM, and 5 PM.
Sessions will be 30 minutes in length and will include a variety of mindfulness meditation practices in a virtual format.

In addition to treating patients with anxiety and depression, one of her primary areas of interest is teaching mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and other mindfulness programs to patients, faculty and staff. She has led numerous clinical and professional MBSR groups and is published in JAMA Internal Medicine.
